Terms of Service

Welcome to DigiTrack. By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

1. Service description

DigiTrack is a match and deck statistics tracker for the Digimon Card Game (the "Service"). It lets you record the games you play, register and build decks, view aggregate statistics derived from recorded matches, and share a roster with teammates.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and tiers

  • Sign-in: accounts are created by signing in with Google. There is no password, and we never see your Google credentials.
  • Free: match tracking, stats, the deck builder, archetype snapshots, the public deck pool, up to 10 deck slots, the two most recent versions of each deck's history, one team of up to 3 members, and joining any number of teams are available at no cost.
  • Premium: $5 per month (plus tax where applicable). It adds private decks, up to 5 teams of 20 members each, the full version history of every deck, and 50 deck slots instead of 10. Further features may be added to the tier as they are released.
  • Teams and lapsed subscriptions: a team is visible while the account that created it is on the plan that covers it. If a subscription ends, that account's teams are hidden rather than deleted, and are restored unchanged if it resubscribes. One of them may be returned to service under the free tier's limits, which removes the most recently joined members above those limits.

You are responsible for the activity that takes place under your account.

4. Your content and what other users can see

You keep ownership of the data you enter. By using the Service you grant us the right to store, process and display that data as needed to operate it, including in aggregate form. Specifically:

  • Decks are public by default. A deck you register is visible to any signed-in user through the deck pool, and its list contributes to archetype statistics. Marking a deck private (a Premium feature) removes it from the pool.
  • Teams share data. Joining a team lets its members see your decks, matches and summary statistics. Leaving a team ends that access.
  • Matches feed aggregates. Recorded matches contribute to site-wide archetype statistics. These aggregates are anonymous — they never identify who played a game.
Do not register a decklist you need to keep secret unless it is marked private. Treat anything you submit as visible to other players.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

Statistics are only as good as the data entered. Every number on this site is derived from matches that users chose to record, and samples are often small. Nothing here is an official Bandai ruling, an official tournament record, or a guarantee of anything about the competitive metagame. For rules questions and tournament disputes, consult a certified judge or official Bandai documentation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit deliberately false data in order to distort site-wide statistics.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Service, or scrape it in bulk.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data, or circumvent access controls.
  • Abuse or harass other users through any field of the Service, including team invitations.
  • Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit access to the Service.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or place unreasonable load on it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may remove content that does.

7. Payment and subscription

  • Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers.
  • Subscriptions recur monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a period; Premium ends when those retries are exhausted.
  • Refunds are handled case by case.
  • Pricing may change; existing subscribers will be notified before a change takes effect.

8. Intellectual property

DigiTrack is a fan-made project. Digimon is a trademark of Bandai Co., Ltd. and Toei Animation Co., Ltd. The Digimon Card Game is developed and published by Bandai Co., Ltd. All card names, card images, game mechanics, logos and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by any of them. The original design, code and database of the Service remain our intellectual property.

9. Service availability

  • We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, without prior notice.
  • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
  • Features may change or be removed; significant changes will be communicated to registered users.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Inaccurate, incomplete or misleading statistics.
  • Decisions — competitive or otherwise — made on the basis of information from the Service.
  • Loss of data, including decks, matches or account history.
  • Any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiTrack, its creators and contributors from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. On deletion, your personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy; anonymous aggregate statistics already computed may remain.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are pursued.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
